Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH - just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We're actively hiring for a full-time Materials & Inventory Specialist , with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.

If you enjoy hands-on work, keeping things organized, and making sure materials are where they need to be, this is a great opportunity to play an important role in supporting our manufacturing operations while building your skills in inventory and materials management.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and regular inventory checks
• Receive, organize, store, and move materials throughout the facility
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues
• Enter inventory transactions and adjustments accurately into the MRP system
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas as needed
• Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Work closely with production to ensure materials are available when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, materials handling, or a similar environment preferred
• Understanding of FIFO inventory practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
