Antiquing Position

Position: Antiquing Location: Owosso Pay: $17.32 Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, OT is likely and may occur on the weekend Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where quality and attention to detail are important to you? Duties:

• Apply an even coat of paint on the furniture frames or apply various paints on frames to create a faux finish.
• Work from verbal instructions
• Operate a hand paint gun, and paint brushes to apply a consistent coat of paint to the frame.
• Strive to have each piece of furniture look the same so the set will match
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and use hands for extended periods
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 13 months of related experience or training is a plus (but not required)
• Dependable and safety-focused
