We are a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Assembler 2nd Shift. This position reports to Production Supervisor and will work in Limerick, Pennsylvania.


About the position

As an Assembler on 2nd Shift in the Assembly team, you will be involved in assembling steering and throttle control cables for marine watercraft.

Your main responsibilities

• 3:30P-12A Shift , with differential
• Perform a variety of operations incidental to the preparation, processing, and assembly of cables and conduit assemblies, controls, control systems, and other assemblies.
• Work from verbal instructions.
• Perform repetitive assembly operations and assembles a variety of units including the use of assembly machine tools.
• Performs all manufacturing tests of assemblies and components including proof tests and electrical test set operation.
• Checks own work using simple measuring instruments.
• Reports all unusual and difficult problems to Supervisor.
• Keep work area, machines and equipment clean, properly oiled for efficient operation and report need for maintenance repairs to Supervisor.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within manufacturing and operations - as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

• One to two (1 to 2) years of experience in a manufacturing facility
• Proven record of successful attendance
• Experience working as part of a team where team members rely on each other
• Attention to detail
