Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health needs and risks effectively. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and goals, ensuring targeted therapies are in place. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and a diverse range of therapeutic modalities. \n
- Respond promptly to crises, conducting necessary interventions to ensure patient safety and stabilization. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and case notes using electronic medical record systems, guaranteeing compliance with best practices and legal regulations. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurses, to coordinate comprehensive patient care that encompasses all aspects of mental health. \n
- Participate actively in clinical supervision and staff meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and ensure adherence to the highest standards of practice. \n

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, specifically in clinical practice. \n
- A current and valid license to practice clinical social work in California. \n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
