We are determined to provide the most authentic Xiao Long Bao and other small bites of happiness through quality, service and value.Supreme Dumpling is seeking Food Prep Workers for our Central Kitchen located in Renton, WA. Our Food Prep Workers prepare and arrange ingredients, assemble dishes, and assist the kitchen team in various food-related tasks. The job requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Summary of Key Responsibilities:Washing, chopping, and preparing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients according to recipes and specific instructionsMeasuring and weighing ingredients to ensure accurate portion sizesOperating kitchen equipment, such as mixers, blenders, and grindersAssembling dishes and ensuring that they are visually appealingLabeling and storing food items correctlyKeeping the kitchen area clean and organized, including disposing of trash and washing dishesMaintaining inventory and ordering supplies as neededAdhering to food safety and sanitation standardsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to work as part of a teamAbility to learn quicklyA positive attitude at all timeAttention to detailAbility to stand and walk for minimum for 4 straight hours when needed.Flexibility to work a variety of shiftsCarry up to 50 lbs.Ability to withstand the heat and the cold and exposure to cleaning chemicals, smoke, fumes and some airborne particles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to speak, read and write in English is a plusPay: $18 - $30 per hourWork location: Renton, WA
