PT Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Raleigh, NC Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Raleigh, NC Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $17.00/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus – Raleigh, NC Schedule: Monday's 9am-3pm Tuesday's 9am-3pm Wednesday's 9am-3pm Thursday's 6:30am-3pm Friday's 6:30am-3pm Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands‑on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence.
