• Assist clients with booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel arrangements
• Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
• Stay informed about supplier promotions and special offers
• Maintain accurate booking information and client records
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
• Work independently while receiving ongoing team support

• Strong communication and customer service skills
