The typical schedule follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working from home each week. The organization offers flexible work arrangements and is open to remote or near-remote structures, including the possibility of coming into the office only periodically, depending on location and business needs. Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites as required to support field activities and project execution. For remote work, a reliable high-speed internet connection is necessary, with download speeds of approximately 80–100 Mbps, upload speeds of approximately 20–30 Mbps, latency under 50 ms, and a wired Ethernet connection preferred, though strong Wi-Fi 5 or 6 is acceptable.
