Position Overview:

Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient team in Central New Jersey. This position offers:

• A balanced, full-scope primary care practice

Schedule & Workload:

• 40 clinical hours per week
• Flexible weekday schedules: 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts
• Saturday rotation: ~1 in 6
• Home call: ~1 in 9
• Outpatient only, no inpatient or hospital rounding

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages
• Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation using dictation (M-Modal) and/or scribe support
• Utilize telehealth to manage patient needs between visits
• Lead with integrity, initiative, and commitment to a patient-first philosophy

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA
• Excellent bedside and webside manner
• Strong technical proficiency and EMR familiarity
• Background, reference, and malpractice clearance required
• J-1 waiver eligible
