Tennis Shop Attendant
Tumble Brook Country Club is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Tennis Shop Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hospitality-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and accurately process fees.
- Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services.
- Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition.
- Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible.
- Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment.
- Promote a culture of safety and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tennis operations, and customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
