GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONTrains and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning areas and maintaining floors of assigned buildings. This position is responsible for all floor work and assists in custodial work. MONDAY-FRIDAY, 3:30PM-7:30PMESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership Duties: Securing all Pathfinder buildings under Custodial in the absence of Custodial Supervisor or Assistant Custodial Supervisor. Assists in Supervision of employees in the absence of Custodial Supervisor and Assistant Custodial Supervisor. Floor Work Duties: Responsible for all aspects of floor work. Buffing, stripping and waxing, and cleaning carpets. Custodial Duties: will perform janitorial services such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and vacuuming carpets. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.MUST BE ABLE TO PASS APPLICABLE BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN. ANY OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN.
