Job Details

What Youll Do
Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical crews for commercial construction projects
Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Schedule and manage labor, materials, and equipment
Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes and company safety standards
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote skill development
Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on project status
Oversee inspections, testing, and quality control throughout project lifecycle
What Were Looking For
10+ years of commercial electrical experience
Proven leadership background managing crews and delivering projects on time
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety practices, and construction site protocols
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
