TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901!

Operating Room Registered Nurse Registered Nurse Operating Room 14 weeks Day shift 12 hours per shift Experience: Minimum of 1 year required. License: RN licensure required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Circulating and scrubbing experience required. Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics. The main operating room procedures include general, neuro, spine, orthopedic, robotics, urology, vascular, and colorectal. There are 16 rooms with an average daily census of 35. The unit utilizes Epic and Pyxis systems and features 2 Davinci XI Robots. Scrub colors are provided by the facility. Candidates can request time off, with a maximum of 7 days. There are blackout dates during spring break (April 4th - 12th). Weekend shifts include 2 to 3 weekends in an 8-week schedule, either in-house or on-call. Call requirements include 7 to 8 calls within an 8-week schedule, with one weekend call shift. Additionally, candidates will take 2 to 3 weekday night call shifts during the same period. If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work both. If three major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work two. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s Eve/Day. Full compliance is required to start on time. Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine fit. The facility accepts local candidates at the same rate.
