Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Concord, NC, 28025. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with machinery, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
