RN - Home Health - Brooklyn, NY

Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Rate: $68.50 per hour

Locations: Brooklyn, Bronx, NYC, Long Island

Commitment: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• Minimum of 3 days per week; flexibility appreciated
• 4 visits per day, totaling 7.25 hours

Charting and Documentation:

• All electronic Charting
• Documentation to be completed at the time of the visit
• Submission of documentation within 24 hours after the visit via HHA Exchange System

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of Home Care Head-to-Toe assessment experience

Equipment Provided:

• Tablet provided for documentation purposes

Orientation Details:

• 1 full day of paid orientation at $35 per hour
