Remote Call Center Representative

To support healthcare clients, the full-time Remote Call Center Representative will provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, manage problem resolution, and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Key responsibilities Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as necessary Update account history, follow up with clients, and ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently Collaborate with team members and management to improve procedures and workflow for client inquiries Required qualifications 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications Strong problem-solving skills for effective resolution of inquiries Emphasis on professional written and oral communication skills Ability to identify and consult the correct stakeholders to resolve client inquiries
