Service Advisor – Audi Marin indiGO Auto Groups Audi Marin dealership is seeking a full‑time Service Advisor to join our state‑of‑the‑art facility. Track the status of open repair orders during the day, keeping both customers and the dispatcher updated with approvals and delays. Obtain the training necessary to know what is covered under warranty for each franchise. Perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and make appointments for maintenance items. Notify customers when ordered parts arrive and schedule an appointment to have the work done. Help the cashier close tickets and notify customers that their vehicles are ready for pickup. Explain repair order charges to customers and promptly notify the service manager of any customer service problems. Strive to meet management metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service advisor role; strongly preferred. Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership. Excellent verbal and math skills; these may be tested and evaluated. Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle. Compensation Pay range: $65,000–$250,000. Compensation will be a combination of hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses, varying based on productivity.
