RN Opportunities With Eagle Home Care
Eagle Home Care, a LHCSA, is looking for motivated and compassionate RNs to provide high quality patient care assessments in the home. Our agency provides competitive compensation. This is a FFS per diem position. Schedule is flexible.
Service Areas we are hiring for:
- Rockland County
Duties:
- Seeking a professional Registered Nurse to perform health assessments for patients in their home to assess a patient's health care status and needs
- Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control
- Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately.
- Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency
- Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of approved school of nursing
- Current NYS RN license
- 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred)
- Able to function independently with minimum supervision
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel to patient's homes
