Painter/BlasterThe Painter/Blaster is an individual selected to perform painting and blasting operations within our company.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Coordinate with Production Manager on timing of equipment being blasted and paintedInspect all equipment before blasting/painting to ensure to proper standardKeep paint and paint equipment properly stored and labelEnsure proper disposal of any blast/paint waste or chemicalsCheck all blasted/painted equipment prior to completion for quality and standardsConfirm all paint colors before project beginsMaintain tools and equipment in a condition that does not compromise safetyWork Experience:High School diploma.Minimum 2+ years' experience in a relevant field.Communications skills in English/Spanish (if applicable).Experience in a variety of painting and blasting procedures.Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use PPE.Valid U.S. driver's license.Familiar with Global Vessel and Tank software programsBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planTools providedVision insurancePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyPay DOE.
