Job Description We are looking for an experienced RBT to join our team of clinicians and contribute to the lives of children with autism through evidence‑based ABA therapy. Full‑time center‑based therapy, Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends and no contractual obligations. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans. Apply advanced techniques in a play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment. Guide children’s progress in educational and social settings to prepare them for successful transitions. Document and track each child’s development, contributing to their customized therapy programs. Requirements Physical ability to lift, carry, run, crouch, squat, kneel, and bend; sustain impact and move quickly without support. Full range of motion of hands and arms; ability to sit on the floor or chair for long periods. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
