Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for managers.
• Prepare and organize reports and presentations for team meetings.
• Manage correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
• Track project deadlines and assist in project management tasks.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and training initiatives.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a managerial support role is a plus.
