How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

  • Lead a culture of clinical excellence by directing the daily workflow and nursing resources of your unit to ensure every patient receives high-quality, seamless care.
  • Empower and grow your team by overseeing the hiring, mentorship, and professional development of nursing staff, fostering an environment where clinicians can do their best work.
  • Champion patient safety and compliance by maintaining rigorous regulatory standards and implementing smart policies that guarantee an efficient, safe delivery of health services.
  • Solve complex care challenges by identifying and resolving operational issues in real-time, ensuring your team has exactly what they need to focus on the patient journey.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
