Event Sales Representative

What you’ll do Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers. Develop and maintain a strong, vertical‑focused sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts. Discover unmet needs and demonstrate how ServiceTitan can deliver extraordinary value to potential customers. Conduct high‑volume prospecting for leads via our Highest Strategic Priority Associations and Business Partners. Own cross‑functional collaboration with Sales Executives to develop and implement prospect communication plans and coordinate demonstrations. Maintain knowledge of the ServiceTitan product, the home services industry, competition, market happenings, and trends. Travel to events including trade shows, dealer meetings, and other industry events. Operate daily online product demonstrations, networking, and building a book of business with attendees, extending engagement beyond show hours when necessary. Physically travel to customers and prospects, visit businesses, and nurture relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales opportunity and meeting‑set goals. Maintain a complete, accurate, up‑to‑date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log via Salesforce. What you’ll need 1‑3 years of experience in sales or business development. 12+ months of outbound calling experience. Ability to travel 40% of the time. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor on the phone and in person. Ability to handle objections and articulate a value proposition with appropriate detail or brevity. Highly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a team player. Resourceful and adaptable to change. Prefer successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
