You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of your product area, creating a roadmap with clear requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and delivering quality updates to reshape the end-to-end merchant experience on Clover.What you will do:Demonstrates an ability to be extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceDevelop and execute product roadmaps that align with the product vision and strategy for Clover in the areas of service and retail vertical merchantsBe responsible for enhancing the end-to-end merchant experience across multiple platforms (device, web, and mobile) to drive deeper engagement throughout the merchant lifecycle, including but not limited to:Define user requirements and write user storiesReview and prioritize backlogCommunicate requirements with Design, Engineering, testingCollaborate with the Go to market teamWhat you need to have:8+ years of work experience in Product Management roles working with Engineers, Design, and Product Marketing4+ years delivery successful third-party integrationsStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, Oauth, error handling, etc.Experience across Web, Android, and iOS productsStrong technical background with the ability to work with Engineering to evaluate tradeoffs in architectural discussionsExperience presenting to key stakeholders and partners to influence strategy and cross-functional initiativesSignificant experience in managing the product development lifecycle and working in an agile environmentProven track record of using data to influence requirements, design, and implementationWhat is nice to have:Track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinkerExhibits a bias for action and serves as a leader for the teamIs a passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideasSalary Range: $110,700.00 - $189,700.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York, and California.
