Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Murfreesboro, TN Company: Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 3:00PM (In-school) Location: In-person – Murfreesboro, TN Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour About the Role Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
