Program Lead Role
A dedicated manager to drive execution across the twelve workstreams

Role & Engagement

• Hands-on leader supporting Business Operations and Transformation leadership
• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week for 3–6 months
• Remote, with overlap across U.S. Eastern and Central business hours
• Near immediate start; extension possible based on program needs

Ideal Characteristics

• 5–10+ years in program management, transformation, consulting, or PMO roles
• Bias for execution; clarifies ownership and resolves ambiguity
• Carve-out, rebranding, or enterprise-wide change experience
• Comfortable across legal, marketing, product, technology, and customer teams
• Builds simple, useful plans, trackers, and exec updates
• Strong writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated plan across milestones, owners, and dependencies
• Coordinate the twelve workstreams and every impacted function
• Drive the inventory of impacted assets, systems, and customer touchpoints
• Convert open issues into clear actions, owners, deadlines, and escalation paths
• Run working sessions, status reviews, and concise executive updates
• Maintain the roadmap, RAID log, decision log, and action tracker

A hands-on execution partner who turns the rebranding effort into an organized, owned, and tracked plan.
