Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled in-home care for an adult patient in Keene, NH. This position offers a mix of overnight and daytime hours, a supportive home environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through personalized patient care.

Available Schedule

• Full Time Overnight Shifts Available

• Saturday & Sunday Day Shifts

• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Very flexible weekend scheduling

Patient Needs

• Tracheostomy (Trach) Care

• G-Tube Care

• Medication Administration

• Skilled Nursing Assessments

Par Rate: $35 - $37 / per hour
