Physician (MD/DO) - Primary Care

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician provides comprehensive primary care services, ensuring high-quality patient care across Ampla Health clinic locations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $247,500 - $371,300 annually
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 5 years)
Quarterly Incentive Plan
$5,000 Annual Board Certification Stipend
$5,000 Annual CME Allowance
FTCA Malpractice Coverage
License & DEA Renewal Reimbursement
4-6 Weeks PTO Based on Tenure
