Job Description Altercare Summit Acres, Caldwell, Ohio, is seeking an RN or LPN Alzheimer’s Program Coordinator for a specialized, secure unit. Deliver programming with and through STNAs to enrich the lives of the residents. Touch the resident's lives clinically, emotionally, spiritually.
