Bright Time Dental, located in a convenient shopping center off Rt 4 in Calvert County, is seeking a General Dentist to join our fast-growing practice. With a patient base growing at six times the national average, and a median household income of $150k/year in the area, Bright Time Dental offers a rewarding environment for dental professionals. Responsibilities
- Provide patient care focusing on oral examinations and various dental procedures
- Utilize dental technologies such as digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and CAD/CAM systems
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatments and oral health care
- Collaborate with a small dental team to deliver quality dental services
- Report directly to the Dental Director on clinical and operational matters
- Manage time efficiently to meet patient scheduling and practice needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in general dentistry
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid State Dental License
- CPR Certification
- DEA/CDS certification
- Knowledge or experience in restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and radiology
- Strong patient communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent infection control and time management abilities
