Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Guest Service Rep to deliver warm, efficient service to every guest. In this fast-paced, on-site role, you’ll greet and check in guests, answer questions about the casino, hotel, dining, and entertainment, and handle reservations and payments with accuracy. You’ll resolve issues quickly and professionally, working closely with team members to uphold our guest-first, tribal-values-driven culture. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and comfort using computer and POS systems. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
