Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in documenting business and technical requirements for mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, with a focus on mobile platform development, and a track record of success in similar roles. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and document business and technical requirements for new mobile platform initiatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to ensure the successful delivery of platform features.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for improvements and enhancements of the mobile platform.
4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
5. Assist with the creation of test scenarios and validation of test results during user acceptance testing.
6. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market trends and competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on mobile platform projects.
3. Demonstrated ability to document detailed business and technical requirements.
4. Strong knowledge of business process development and improvement strategies.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
