Position Overview

Compensation

Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

Schedule

Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 5 hours administrative time weekly Hybrid work opportunity available

Role

Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and children Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications Provide cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as appropriate Conduct follow-up appointments and monitor treatment progress Facilitate referrals for additional support services and community resources Utilize Athena EMR system for clinical documentation

Requirements

MD or DO REQUIRED Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED Active DEA license REQUIRED Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED New graduates welcome
