Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities Fill and dispense online orders with accuracy. Compensation The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
