Job Summary The Audiologist provides specialized hearing and balance assessments and rehabilitation services within an ENT clinic setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Audiologist supports a large Cochlear Implant program and delivers expert patient care. This role requires a doctorate in Audiology and active licensure, with strong collaboration and communication skills to serve diverse patient needs effectively. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic tests. Provide hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and rehabilitation services. Support and participate in the Cochlear Implant program. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop patient care plans. Educate patients and families on hearing health and rehabilitation options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Required Skills & Certifications Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited university. Active Audiology license or compact license valid in the state of practice. Strong clinical expertise in audiological assessment and rehabilitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Preferred Skills & Certifications Experience working with Cochlear Implant programs. Previous clinical experience in an ENT or similar outpatient setting. Familiarity with audiology-related technologies and software. Special Considerations No on-call or weekend requirements.
