We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who operates at a strategic level. Someone who can own financial outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and drive execution across complex, multi-million-dollar projects nationwide. What You’ll Lead

• Own full lifecycle delivery of large-scale, high-value construction projects.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency, performance, and execution excellence.
• Drive financial performance ; budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization.
• Lead contract strategy, claims, and risk mitigation to protect project outcomes.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, executives, and key stakeholders.
• Align field execution, scheduling, and contractual milestones to keep projects on track.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships and support business growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Set the tone for accountability and performance across PMs, Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams
• Mentor and develop talent, elevating the next generation of project leaders
• Identify risks early and execute proactive strategies to protect timelines and profitability
• Drive operational consistency and best practices across multiple locations
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all projects

What You Bring

• 10+ years of construction project management experience (heavy civil, demolition, or self-perform environments)
• Proven success managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects, often multiple at once
• Deep expertise in financial management, forecasting, and cost control
• Advanced knowledge of contracts, claims, and risk management strategies
• Strong experience with project scheduling, critical path analysis, and multi-project coordination
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• A leadership style that drives results, accountability, and team growth
