Vice President, Product Management, Advanced Analytics and AI

Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers make smarter decisions and drive better outcomes. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting & innovation services in payments and beyond, data insights and analytics solutions as well as loyalty and marketing programs and platforms.

• Owning and driving the regional strategy and P&L aspirations of the Advanced Analytics and AI in EEMEA in close coordination with the regional Services business leads, Sales specialists, Delivery organization


• Determining and driving forward the product innovation agenda and product roadmap in partnership with the global product leads and regional stakeholders


• Leading the development and commercialization of new analytics and AI solutions tailored for the region in collaboration with the business development teams, client services teams and external partners


• Leading team members located in each division supporting division priorities and large analytics and AI opportunities in close collaboration with the divisional Services leadership team


• Ensuring flawless delivery of the products and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships


• Interface with Mastercard leadership across the organization to represent the suite of capabilities and products


• Monitor external environment to ensure our solutions remain market leading/competitive

• Interest in advanced analytics & AI and desire to apply technology to solve problems


• Communicates with impact and demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives in a matrixed multi-cultural environment


• Knowledge of the financial services industry (retail banking, digital payments) and the non-financial services sector (retail & commerce, digital players)


• Intellectually curious and passionate about new applications, technologies and solutions


• Bachelor’s degree required
