Lead Financial Analyst

This is an exciting role in the Americas Strategic Finance group within Adobe's Digital Media ("DMe") team. The team aims to be a finance and strategy leader and a trusted resource recognized for its financial expertise and tech industry insight. It identifies emerging trends, analyzes market forces, and assesses potential risks and opportunities. You will play a key role in leading important initiatives, supporting major financial decisions, and working with various partners to add strategic perspective to Adobe's Digital Media quarterly and long-term planning. This position offers valuable exposure to senior finance leaders and chances to collaborate across the company. What you'll Do Perform financial analyses and modeling with a strategic perspective to assist DMe Finance, focusing especially on ARR forecasting. Partner with finance teams and collaborators to use subject-matter expertise across the organization and other external sources to build and refine the DMe FP&A processes. Use research and advanced financial modeling to guide business strategy and assess important initiatives for strategic advice to the Executive Team. Prepare presentations and other financial materials for leadership discussions to evaluate different aspects of the DMe business and drive strategic conversations. Develop new processes, analytical and investment frameworks, tools, and techniques to drive effective long-term strategy. What you need to succeed Demonstrated ability to develop detailed financial models and related presentation content that convey the essential conclusions of the analysis and encourage conversation among senior management. Ability to build an 'outside-in' POV on macro factors, market opportunities, and risks and drive clear implications and recommendations. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial information. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Expected Pay Range Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $128,700 - $243,850 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $168,400 - $243,850. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
