What We’re Looking For: Energetic, engaging, and positive personalities Experience working with children (or a background in sports, cheer, gymnastics, dance, or coaching) Someone who loves cheering others on, is a team player, and isn’t afraid to act a little silly sometimes! We provide full training and a supportive team environment—you bring the passion, and we’ll teach the skills. Responsibilities: Teach tumbling & trampoline skills to children of all ages (we train you!) Engage with kids in a positive and uplifting way Foster a safe and structured learning environment Help kids reach their goals, grow their confidence, and leave with a smile Communicate with teammates and parents with professionalism and heart Qualifications: A love for energetic children & helping them grow Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Strong communication & time management skills Patience, dependability, and a coachable attitude Hours & Availability: Part-time (8–15 hours/week) to start.
