MILL OPERATOR

Location: Bend, Oregon

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Wage: $21.10 per hour

A dynamic company in Bend is actively seeking individuals to fill immediate openings for Mill Operators . This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for hands‑on training and strong job‑growth potential. Once you get your foot in the door, advancement opportunities are plentiful.

Summary / Objective

Join our team in general labor and production roles, where you'll be responsible for safely feeding, tailing, and stacking wood. No experience required — on‑the‑job training is provided to help you succeed.

Essential Functions

✔ Grade wood based on end‑use
✔ Keep up in a fast‑paced production line
✔ Use tape measures and calipers proficiently
✔ Learn to interpret machining specifications
✔ Work alongside and learn from senior personnel
✔ Inspect and ensure product quality
✔ Meet production standards
✔ Maintain a clean, orderly, and operational workspace, equipment, and machinery
✔ Follow all safety regulations per plant policies and OSHA guidelines
✔ Report unsafe conditions promptly
✔ Perform additional duties as assigned
