We are looking for a General Manager to run the show, lead a large team, and create unforgettable experiences for every guest. Nights, weekends, and holidays are when the energy is highest, so flexibility is a must.Oversee all operations of a high-volume, multi-attraction entertainment centerManage P&L, budgets, labor, and inventory to drive resultsLead, coach, and develop a diverse team across food & beverage, amusements, and eventsEnsure attractions, games, and facilities are safe, clean, and guest-readyDeliver consistent, top-level guest service and resolve issues quicklyEngage with the community and support leagues, promotions, and events7+ years managing large teams in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurantsProven track record with P&L, cost control, and operational excellenceStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountableFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysBase Salary: $65,000-75,000 annually, plus bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchEmployee discounts on food, bowling, and attractionsLeadership training and development opportunitiesThis is more than a management job- it's the chance to run a one-of-a-kind entertainment destination where every day is different and the energy never stops.
