Material Handler Job Summary
We are looking to fill a Material Handler position at an automotive supplier in the Kentwood area. This company has a strong culture of trust, loyalty, and dedication. Material Handler Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
- Move and stage inventory to designated areas with carts
- Prepare materials for production or shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist team members with manual material handling tasks
- Track inventory and report discrepancies
- Support efficient warehouse and production operations
Schedule & Pay
- 3rd shift 10:50pm-7:00am. Must be able to work 7 days per week and work extra hours.
- $17.00/HR
Material Handler Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
