The business sets the priorities that guide the platform roadmap, and you will translate those priorities into a clear strategy, unified backlog, and high-value delivery plan. You will also lead the responsible adoption of AI within Salesforce, including embedded Einstein and Agentforce capabilities, while leveraging approved external AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate development, and increase business value. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure strong stakeholder alignment, and make Salesforce deliver maximum value, innovation, and operational excellence for all business units.As the Global Salesforce Owner / Product Owner — you will lead the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Salesforce instances across Teradyne. Reporting to executive IT leadership, you will own the platform end-to-end, ensuring that business-defined priorities are converted into a coherent platform roadmap, practical delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes. A key part of the role is to identify and scale AI opportunities, both through Salesforce-native capabilities such as Einstein, Agentforce, Agent Builder, and Data Cloud, and through approved external AI tools that improve productivity, insight generation, development efficiency, and user enablement. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with stakeholders across Robotics, LitePoint, SOC/Nextest (Semi Test), Production Board Test, Defense & Aero, and other business units, leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver a 360 customer experience and business value.In this role, you will:Strategic Leadership & Platform OwnershipDefine and execute the Salesforce vision, strategy, and roadmap based on priorities set by the business, ensuring alignment with global business and digitalization goals.Own the unified Salesforce backlog, translating business priorities into sequenced initiatives and using frameworks like WSJF to maximize business value and platform sustainability.Own the governance and delivery oversight for new Salesforce implementation extensions across the business, ensuring requests are aligned with business priorities, enterprise architecture, security standards, and the global Salesforce roadmap.Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and capacity management for the Salesforce platform.Drive the Salesforce AI strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and scaling high-value use cases for embedded Salesforce AI capabilities and approved external AI tools.Operational Excellence & DeliveryOversee the development, support, and training activities, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.Translate business-defined platform priorities into actionable user stories and tasks, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and timely delivery.Promote responsible use of AI-assisted development, analysis, documentation, testing, and support practices to improve team productivity and delivery speed while maintaining quality, security, and compliance.Integrate incident management and support processes to maintain platform stability and performance.Governance, Security & ComplianceEnforce robust governance frameworks for data quality, process standardization, and regulatory compliance.Ensure all platform activities adhere to IT policy, security, and compliance requirements.Manage vendor relationships to align platform capabilities with evolving business needs.Team & Stakeholder ManagementBuild, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, product owners, data owners, and support specialists.Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure business priorities are clearly understood, agreed, and reflected in platform decisions.Facilitate structured stakeholder engagement, feedback integration, and transparent communication.Partner with enterprise AI, data, security, and architecture teams to ensure Salesforce AI use cases are governed, secure, scalable, and aligned with Teradyne’s broader AI strategy.Enablement, Adoption & Continuous ImprovementDrive adoption and enablement initiatives, including training programs and superuser support.Lead change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new Salesforce solutions.Champion continuous improvement by integrating feedback, monitoring platform performance, and delivering ongoing enhancements and innovations.Enable users and superusers to adopt AI-enhanced Salesforce workflows and approved productivity tools, helping teams work smarter while protecting sensitive business data.Success Metrics & Value DeliveryTrack and report on key success metrics: backlog health, delivery timelines, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and business value KPIs.Ensure the Salesforce platform delivers measurable improvements in business outcomes, operational efficiency, and user experience.Measure the impact of Salesforce AI and external AI productivity tools through adoption, efficiency, quality, and business value metrics.All About You:We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you're ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.Extensive experience (7+ years) with Salesforce platform management and development, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Proven track record in leading Salesforce implementations, digital transformation, and platform ownership in a complex, multi-org environment.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.Deep understanding of platform architecture, IT security, compliance, and governance best practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management abilities.Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira), incident management, and agile delivery methodologies.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent) strongly preferred.Experience identifying and implementing AI use cases in Salesforce, including embedded Einstein, Agentforce, automation, analytics, or externally connected AI tools.**We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Compensation:The base salary range for this role is $173,800 - $278,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
