The Role
- Part-time Associate Veterinarian, approximately 20 hours per week
- Small-animal focus with canine, feline, and pocket-pet cases
- Provide wellness and preventive care, dentistry, general surgery, and pain management
- Utilize on-site diagnostics, digital radiography, and ultrasound to guide treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with credentialed technicians and client service teams to deliver efficient, compassionate care
- Communicate clearly with clients, create tailored care plans, and support follow-up compliance
- Contribute to a low-stress, feline-friendly environment and uphold AAHA standards
- Schedule aligns with hospital hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–6:30pm, Friday 7:30am–5:30pm, and Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm (limited Saturday rotation)

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice in the state of Minnesota
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of patient care
- Experience with dentistry and general surgery preferred; interest in pocket pets welcomed
