Project Manager

This position is full-time, managing mechanical & plumbing projects in the rapidly expanding life science & tech sector. Perform all administrative functions with regards to cost/schedule control, delivering every assigned project on time and on budget. Typical Duties: Serve as a leader for the project team, supporting our trades with all the information they need to install their scope one time, correctly. Build and maintain relationship with customers on a project-by-project basis. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial construction Experience with design/build delivery a plus Experience managing mechanical, plumbing, process or BMS/BAS controls scope preferred but not required Experience building laboratories or cleanrooms also preferred but not required. Engineering, Construction Management degree or trade experience preferred Proficient with BlueBeam and MS Suite of programs Familiarity with BIM platforms, coordination execution and VDC management a plus Self- Directed/motivated Organized Be coachable, and can coach PEs and APMs Salary Range: $110k-140k annually based on experience (FSLA Exempt) Full Benefits Matching 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Car and Phone Allowance Opportunity to participate in profit sharing Equal Opportunity Employer About Pacific Rim Mechanical Pacific Rim Mechanical is the premier mechanical contractor in Southern California.
