Escrow Holdback Team Lead

Overseeing daily operations, the full-time remote Escrow Holdback Team Lead will manage staff activities, ensure high-quality customer service, and facilitate communication between various stakeholders while optimizing workflow and compliance within the Post-Closing Escrow Holdback processes. Key responsibilities: Monitor and manage daily pipelines to optimize productivity and ensure service level agreements are met Serve as a liaison among branches, loan officers, clients, and vendors to resolve issues effectively Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide training and onboarding support to new team members Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of mortgage lending experience Supervisory experience preferred Experience with Encompass preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows
