Infirmier Coordinateur Trice EHPAD IDEC
Sous l'autorit du Directeur, l'infirmier coordinateur analyse, planifie et assure le bon fonctionnement du service. Il encadre et manage le personnel infirmier et soignant de l'EHPAD, supervise les soins et l'organisation de travail. Il s'assure de la bonne pratique griatrique. Il est le garant de la qualit de l'accompagnement des Rsidents au sein de l'EHPAD et contribue celui des bnficiaires du CRT.
