Seeking someone with a friendly, easy going personality that enjoys working with people.Position SummaryThe HR & Training Coordinator will support the daily operations of Human Resources, with a primary focus on administrative support, on-boarding coordination, training logistics, and team member support.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, interacting with team members, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a high-end hospitality environment. Our team is guided by a commitment to Members First, Make Improvements, and Model Operations, and this role plays a key part in supporting those standards through a strong team member experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processesSupport the execution of the Club’s onboarding program and training initiativesSchedule, track, and maintain records for training and required programsAssist with the coordination and delivery of onboarding and departmental trainingMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsServe as a point of contact for team member questions and provide general HR supportSupport employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communicationsAssist with supporting human resources activities, including benefits administration, employee records management, and general HR administrative support (day-to-day HR operations)Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources departmentQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (required)1–3 years of administrative, training, or HR-related experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficiency in Canva is a plusExperience in hospitality or a service-driven environment is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForA team-oriented individual who enjoys supporting othersSomeone who takes pride in organization, follow-through, and accuracyA professional who is approachable and comfortable interacting with team members at all levelsAn individual who contributes positively to workplace culture and team member experienceIf you are ready to elevate our members experience and be the standard, we would be HAPPY to meet you!If these ideas excite you, we would be honor in receiving your application.Cover letters and resumes are great!
