If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.**Financial Modeling & Valuation:** Build and maintain detailed operating and valuation models to assess potential transactions, including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysesDeveloping financial models to provide summaries, forecasts, and analyses on prospective acquisition targets **Due Diligence Support:** Conduct financial due diligence, working directly with the target company management teams and advisors (investment bankers, legal counsel, consultants, etc.) to gather necessary informationCollaborate with functional groups across the organization to assemble internal insights on prospective acquisition targets **Deal Execution:** Lead M&A deal execution, preparing investment memos, board presentations, and other materials for presentation to key internal stakeholders, including C-suite executives and CI’s Board of DirectorsSupport deal negotiations with target companies **Pipeline Management:** Maintain and update the M&A pipeline and track key metrics **Integration Planning:**Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support post-merger integration planning and execution.Monitor and review the performance of acquired companies post-closeAssist with analysis and preparation of KPIs for management reporting as necessary **Physical Requirements*** This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The pay range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position.
