Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) expertise to support clinical pharmacy services and patient care. The role involves accurate order verification, dispensing, and active participation in antimicrobial management and pharmacotherapy optimization. The candidate should have a PharmD or B.S./PharmD, PGY1 residency, and BCPS or equivalent certification.
